Please feel free to contact us with any questions or queries. We appreciate that some people will initially just require a cost for their logo and see what it looks like embroidered. For this service please email your logo/ artwork across rojosembroidery@virginmedia.com in a j-peg format for a quotation, along with a brief description of requirements to include garment types and quantities. For text only logo's there will be no origination costs.



A full detailed quote will be issued within 24hrs.The quote will include any design origination costs that may be incurred, please ensure that the artwork is as you require the finished embroidery to look as any changes after the design has been originated could incur further costs. We will be pleased to advise you on the suitable of a design for embroidery. We will not attempt to reproduce a design unless we believe it will result in high quality embroidery. If you are happy with your quote and wish to place your order we can accept payment by paypal invoices, alternatively you can make payments by proforma invoices paying by either Cheque or Bacs .Once payment has been made we then originate your artwork and we send you an electronic embroidered swatch sample for approval, in actual production colours. This normally takes 48 hours.

When the embroidered  log has been created it is automatically stored on our in house computer system so when you  re-order we simply reproduce your logo quickly and accurately.

Our usual delivery time is 7-10 working days from receipt of artwork approval  subject to all garments being in stock.

Delivery cost is normally £10.00 which covers the delivery charge of your garments from our suppliers into us and from us to your delivery address.

If you have a specific date that you require your order for please inform us of this and we will endeavour  to meet your deadline.


We can embroider garments you supply if they are suitable and at our discretion, we do not accept responsibility for imperfections caused by customer supplied garments.
